SAP will provide the enhancements within SAP ONE Support 2014 and beyond in several steps. A coordinated and integrated incident management process and support for mission-critical processes for a customer's complete solution, including hybrid scenarios and landscapes, are already available.
Prevent problems before they occur
Then there is much to do before January 2020! The magic word is SAP Support Backbone - the reliable link to SAP. Whether the hot wire to the SAP Support Portal (e.g. hints), the EarlyWatch Alert Reports or the Maintenance Planner everything is located in the Support Backbone Infrastructure. This has been updated by SAP and changes must be made to their system!

In order to make it easier for companies to get into the SAP HANA Cloud, SAP unifies maintenance and customer service for On Premise and Cloud systems. SAP One Support offers coordinated support for in-house and cloud systems and is designed to ensure flexible and easy use of software in all operating scenarios. This should enable customers to switch to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA according to their individual requirements, while at the same time exploiting existing investments in local software solutions.

"Shortcut for SAP Systems" makes many SAP support tasks much easier.

The intelligent merging of all channels, including mobile devices and social media, will give customers multiple ways to access support.
