The strategic IT plan of a comprehensive international SAP rollout including the introduction of SAP EWM, ERP and HR in China in 2018 has been defined. We also offer our customers our proprietary tool for monitoring SAP systems free of charge. This tool controls over 200 key figures 24 hours a day and allows us to detect and eliminate faults before they affect users' work.
Application management services significantly reduce system downtime and the associated sudden costs. Regular monitoring and the associated proactive error detection can prevent system failures. SAP AMS is also effective in the event of staff shortages. In case of illness-related outages, employees of the SAP service provider step in and compensate for your losses.
