Furthermore, you enrich our team with: Knowledge or experience in SAP NetWeaver technologies (e.g. AS-Java, AS-ABAP, S/4HANA SAP PI, SAP BI, SAP Gateway or SAP folder management), Experience in the administration of Windows or Linux server systems, databases or web applications, Knowledge or experience in the administration of server hardware and storage technologies, very good conceptual skills in system design and system integration, very good knowledge in the area of security relevant topics of IT system operation, good teamwork skills, good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and willingness to perform. In addition to the optimisation potential of Security Automation, which I explained in more detail in my last post, the E-Learning division also offers numerous possibilities for automation. Since many companies are not yet making the most of these potentials due to a lack of knowledge about this particular form of knowledge transfer, I would like to address this in the following post. E-learning is also a form of automation that, if used correctly, brings many positive aspects. In the end, e-learning is a way to store know-how in a form that can be retrieved again and again. This means, of course, a certain initial effort for the creator, which nevertheless pays off more than if the quality is sufficient. What are the opportunities for a company to take advantage of e-learning? A company has several ways in which it can exploit and use the area of e-learning for itself. The fundamental question that should arise immediately after the decision to do so is whether the company creates the content itself or whether it relies on the content from external sources. Both have advantages and disadvantages, which I would like to explain in the following.
Implementation of your user and security management
Tasks such as the update of components, the insertion of security updates or monitoring should be further automated. It is recommended to use only one automation tool (SAP Solution Manager or SAP LVM). Custom solutions and scripts should not be used or replaced with standard tools if possible, because otherwise different script languages and script versions will have to be managed, resulting in a lot of maintenance. Standardised SAP scripts are welcome here. A useful definition of thresholds, for example on the basis of historical system behaviour, must also be defined for monitoring.
Soft skills in particular also play an important role in this job description. Communication skills are very much in demand on a day-to-day basis, because SAP administrators are often in close contact with customers and have to respond to their wishes and questions. They also need the ability to work in a structured manner and to find creative solutions and decisions. Continuous training in the field is advisable in order not to lose touch.

For the SAP basis, the development of a marketing concept means not only the establishment of an external communication in the sense of advertising, but also the implementation of upstream steps such as defining your own performance and positioning.
